Vibraslap is an instrument frequently used in Latin American music and more notable for its use in jazz or pop-based film scores. The Koda Vibraslap is a modern adaptation on a classic percussion instrument called a Jawbone. A rattling sound is made when the wooden ball is struck causing vibrations to be sent to the tone box which contains metal teeth which vibrate and are amplified by the wooden shell surrounding them.
